A social media manager (aka. ya’ girl) is someone who drives engagement, supports building a strong online presence and community, and brings new eyes to your brand or business. Converting these new audiences into sales or leads isn’t solely in a social media manager's control. While a strong social strategy attracts customers, it’s then up to the in-house or in-store experiences to upkeep customer purchase and retention. Social media management cannot fix inconsistent customer service, internal business complications, and the impact of the cost of living crisis.
What I recommend to all of our clients is adopting an omni-channel approach to marketing your business. This includes (but not limited to): Organic social media marketing (across multiple platforms), paid social media marketing (across multiple platforms), an updated website, a brick and mortar store and/or an eCommerce store, email marketing, UGC collaborations, and local and/or interstate collaborations. -

Over the past couple of years, I have found that the LOUDEST long-term relationships are those built on trust and not long-term contracts. For this reason, I am happy to work with my clients on a rolling month-by-month basis. However, please note that our organic social media management services require a minimum period of 3-months to really get jiggy with it (aka. test, explore, strategise, review results, make noise, and stand out!)

Since giving the keys to drive their socials, my clients are seeing results in as little as one month. If you have a LOUD understanding of your product/service, business processes, and audience, and you dare to be bold, test new creatives, and explore standing out from the sea of same, this could be a reality for you too! Though, for our organic social media management services, we like to work with a minimum of 3 months to truly test the waters, test performance, explore, experiment, analyse results, and do a sick celebratory backflip (for obvious reasons).
Please note: It’s important to understand that results are subjective. What I've achieved for one client, may not be achievable for the next. What I focus on is my expertise in the social space (ie. Recommending areas of improvement, tracking performance, building an engaged community, and creating tailored strategies that support your individual social media goals).
